      The candidate is nice to the campaign staff, most of the time. The organization has a lot of success wining high-profile races. As far as a tough race goes, this is one of the toughest.

      Cons

      You will be promised great things and be given nothing. If you are trying to get hired to a Congressional Office form the campaign, you will get hired but that is because the DC office is horribly mismanaged and people quit there constantly. The consultants will also not hire you.

      None. Working here will change the way you view governmet and elected officials.

      The Congressman is severely abusive to staff - verbal and mental. I witnessed daily crying and panic from both male and female employees. These staffers were terrified.
