Pros

Work from home, unlimited PTO, and working with talented teammates who deserve more credit.

Cons

I’m grateful for the experience I gained here, but there are a few areas that need significant improvement. Growth and development felt unclear and, at times, overlooked. Even after one year in the role, I didn’t receive a formal performance review. When I spoke with others, I learned that some had to initiate these conversations themselves. A company that truly values its employees should have a consistent and proactive review process in place. Employees shouldn’t have to ask to be evaluated or recognized. The team was also consistently understaffed. As the company scaled and launched new products, the volume and complexity of cases increased, with many requiring multiple touchpoints and deeper investigation. This often meant working beyond regular hours to keep up. While I raised this in 1:1s, I felt there wasn’t a full understanding of the workload or the nature of the cases, which made it difficult to prioritize and distribute work effectively. Culture is the biggest area for improvement. I didn’t feel a strong sense of recognition, collaboration, or shared belief in the product. At times, it felt like our team was handling the work others didn’t want, without much acknowledgment. Creating a more supportive and engaged culture would go a long way in improving morale. There’s a lot of potential here, but it would require stronger investment in people, clearer growth pathways, and being more intentional about building a positive culture.

Pros

I had a really good experience working here. The team was friendly and supportive, and I felt like my work mattered. Managers were fair and open to feedback. I learned a lot and left on good terms. Overall, a solid place to be.

Cons

Maybe more chances to meet my teammates in person.

Pros

Many people with good intentions who are just attempting to do the best they can and execute on whatever is the project of the day.

Cons

Starting at the top, this leadership team does not appear to care about the usual things like hitting sales targets, overall customer satisfaction (or employee satisfaction for that matter), churn, or - well - leading a team and setting an example. Unfortunately, since the culture is determined by the C-suite, this causes the entire org to not operate at a high level. The CEO seems to relish interrupting employees, calling people out in front of others, putting people on the spot for no particular reason, and raising her voice - beware of this “culture” that does nothing to facilitate a productive working environment and probably goes a long way towards explaining the chaos at every level of the org. There does not appear to be a clear path to profitability, market differentiation, or a viable exit strategy so I can only imagine what goes on at board meetings and how budgets are determined. They say they want you to share your ideas that may differ from how things are currently done, but in practice, solutions that differ from what’s in place are not welcomed.
