      Pros

      Overall I enjoyed working at Mighty Leaf. It wasn't a perfect company but did have a nice family feel environment.

      Cons

      Mighty Leaf isn't always the most organized in regards to their procedures/processes but that had improved over time.

      Pros

      The business is now owned by Peet's Coffee which is a great company with an excellent working environment. Company has good products and the potential to be a compelling brand.

      Cons

      Little has been done by the current/former CEO to build the brand as opposed to just building products. Of the new products built, none are very compelling and all lack innovation. The working environment is somewhat hostile and erratic. Poor leadership on the part of the CEO and little to no fostering of creativity and collaboration among the team. The high level of turnover in the past year speaks volumes to the state of the working environment.
