Great Flexibility - Anonymous employee Miele Employee Review

I joined Miele on a part time basis so that I could work around my children. I was expecting to work additional hours now and then due to business needs however the Company are excellent at ensuring I get that time back and get the right work life balance. It is such a comfort to not be expected to work beyond my contractual hours on a regular basis and also get the recognition when I do.
