Weeding through individuals to find out if they really have what it takes to be successful, not just that first drive that putters out after a few months or a couple of bad days. Finding the person that is in it to win it at there core, their heart and soul. the ones that know what they want and are going to do what life requires of us to get it. That's the toughest part of this job, hunting hunters of success.
