      Very personable co workers and management. Decent potential for advancement.

      Cons

      Commission based. Huge gas expenses. Very little training. Very little income stability. 6 day work weeks.

      Pros

      I worked as an intern over the summer and I loved seeing the opportunities within the company. I got to experience a promotion of one of the workers. The team is very supportive, competitive. I loved the environment I worked with. I had always looked for a diverse and fun environment to inter. I am looking forward to starting my career with Midwest Elite Group beginning of next year!
