Pros
*Decent pay *Small company so you are able to know your customers on a first name level. *Decent hours *Benefits are better comparable to other companies *Ability to learn a multitude of fields as you will have a hand in everything the company handles.
Cons
*Cliquish *Disloyal management *Inability to advance past certain levels *Gender discrimination *Awards or ignores lazy workers if they like them *Gives conflicting information on how to perform job *Management does not seem to care about employees'. As a result morale is low, and the culture/atmosphere is depressing. *Even with enough staffing since some employees are allowed to get by with doing a half-hazard job you end up with the brunt of the work. *Sometimes you actually know better than the "supervisor" but they don't listen to your suggestions and will make terrible decisions for the way processes are handled. *If you disagree with management or someone in the clique you are quick to be labeled a bad person/employee/worker. *Will give you an unwarranted bad review if they don't like you, no matter how hard you worked for them or how good of an employee you were.
