This place is a joke; resembles what communist China would've felt like if you were living there; has no structure/system; and is run by this one person (the ED) who expects you to give your life to the organization but only pays you minimum wage and gets upset when you are using your phone during work hours. She is the founder of the organization and hence no one is keeping her and her work accountable. She literally can do whatever she wants to her staff and programs, often time scaring the former away, disrupting the later, or destroying both.
