Pros
Midway University is a beautiful campus in a really great town in Kentucky. The students are wonderful. The middle management staff and lower are nice.
Cons
The top leadership at Midway is petty and closed off from everyone else. Nothing is ever their fault and they blame downward. Anyone who messes up gets no second chance--just the ax. Also the business of growing enrollment thru athletics seems shaky.
