Pros
Since beginning work at Midway, I have come to see it as more of a family than just a place I go to work each day. I've been at other places where you don't form the kind of connections that you do here. My supervisor is great to work with and my coworkers all pitch in to help each other, and we make a great team. After watching some of my friends go through layoffs at other places, I appreciate the transparency that Midway has in regards to the strength of the institution.
Cons
Workload can be high at certain times, but my coworkers and I are good about getting together to find ways to make it manageable.
