      high pay, self motivation, role advancement, gourmet hotdog shop next door, advanced gear, world wide development network, big selling titles.

      Cons

      closing doors, let team go without royalties, and considerations. 200 million form a single title, wasnt enough to suit royalties, and pay midway- family debtors.
