Pros
Great benefits, cool teammates, big customers, salary is not that bad, WFH is great, management has empathy, and is usually very understanding.
Cons
You have to track your daily 8hrs of work to a 15 min precision. You'll probably become an expert on one technology only and that might become boring. Management feels kinda messy.
