Most benefits for the Arabic nations as compared to Indians, Shri Lankan, Philippines. It takes time for promotion for sub-continental people.

Pros

Good company with several projects to work on. Several projects are going on currently here and Midmac is at the forefront of it.

Cons

The company does not provide much choice as to the department you want to work in. It is not very good for engineers joining the company straight after graduation

Salary increment is fixed, site administration not very helpful No proper coordination between site and main office management.
