Pros

Lots of work and company seems to be doing well, so risk of layoff is low

Cons

Underpaid, under-titled. HR has no clue what they are doing and will change policies on the spot. No growth opportunities. No structure. Unless you're a clinician or Head of xyz, you get no respect. The pay is extremely low for the work being done - this is a startup that has been growing like a rocketship, but there are no pay evaluations - not even at the end of year or even if you've been there longer than a year. But don't worry - clinicians get bonuses for staying longer than 6 months... what about everyone else that is keeping the company functional?

Remote work, great benefits and flexible schedule

Cons

Not everyone is happy with changes, seems like there is high turnover with providers, which can feel unsettling

Pros

Meaningful work helping women through menopause and weight management. Fully remote position with flexible scheduling. The mission is rewarding, and there are opportunities to develop expertise in women's health.

Cons

Compensation is below market for experienced nurse practitioners. There is no 401(k) match, and the health insurance benefits are disappointing, including limited coverage for the company's own services. Frequent provider turnover results in patients being reassigned multiple times, disrupting continuity of care. Very short appointment slots and increasing productivity demands prioritize quantity over quality, making it difficult to build therapeutic relationships, provide comprehensive care, and earn bonus incentives.
