Sometimes we change too much too quickly but we are business that needs to evolve in a high pace environment which is not normal in the sector we work in

I liked that they took on staff at different experience levels and were willing to train people up, however salaries not always fair.

Success rates not correct. Percentage of traineeship learners who went into placement was around 6% rather than the 90% advertised. This was not fair on the young people who choose this option over their place at sixth form. Or college. My former colleague who mentioned this to management was told ‘well you won’t get your commission then.’ From my time spent there, my whole team left. I feel so sorry for learners who wasted their time on this company and that was the main reason I left as I felt like a fraud in the end. I ended up finding learners placement although that wasn’t my job.
