      Pros

      Many regular employees care about each other and residents. They’re hard working, knowledgeable, compassionate.

      Cons

      Terrible culture in corporate, People deflect and blame, don’t live their ICARE and DEIB values. It’s noticeable in upper executive management. Pay is too low and turnover is too high. HR VP is a bad hire so things worsened. VP of Resident Services promotes her favorites.
