      Depending on your Department, working at MidPen was a great experience evident with tenure of senior staff in certain departments. Great culture and well rounded staff who are some of the industry best, highly passionate and mission driven.

      Cons

      Turn-over in other departments which can affect overall morale with cross-functioning teams. Some departments are spread thin and can really affect progress on projects.
