Pros

Great benefits compared to other nonprofits, has monthly self-care day and DEIB committee, many learning opportunities *if* you are vocal about wanting them, and the org as a whole is doing good work. They are intentional about continually improving, with systematic opportunities for staff input.

Cons

Difficult to get promoted, favoritism, not many opportunities for cross-functional collaboration unless you're in exec leadership, cultural responsiveness with tenants could be a lot better, a lot of pressure to meet specific quantitative targets without balanced support to ensure quality is still maintained.
