Good workplace culture. Leadership seeks out and responds to employee feedback. Throughout the pandemic the company was responsive, communicative, and flexible. The company has established many helpful processes and procedures and has a thorough onboarding process. Many opportunities for continued learning

Can be very bureaucratic given the size of the company
