Great trainings, and great leadership in the corporate office. They have this idea of core values and good work culture, so we often go through a lot of trainings. These trainings may consist of team building, briefs of the next initiative, or certification trainings. They highly promote a good work-life balance, we sometimes have work time off for bingo. However, a good work-life balance is earned as you go up the ladder.
