Training is poor. They are trying to improve the company but these constant changes drive people crazy. Unrealistic expectations and deadlines. Chaos in many areas. Company this old must have a solid structure where any new employee should get plugged into the system. Instead any new big boss starts changing things around. Very frustrating.
