A lot of interesting and complex work
Very smart and capable coworkers
Company is definitely growing in size, projects, and ultimately revenue
Management is ambitious and business oriented while also being technically savvy
Monday morning standups were nice overviews of what was going on and to acknowledge project hiccups and employee achievements

Support from management was lacking (humans are more than just a resource)
Leadership transitions happen but definitely made work more difficult (too much priority shifting)
Every action item was needed yesterday as the company had so much work to do but not enough people at times (a good problem to have at a growing company)
