I worked in Hotel located in Dickinson , North Dakota . The staff is very friendly and management is very professional and democratic . They seek staff opinion and or feedback in making decisions that will significantly affect the staff .If you are scheduled to work a particular amount of hours the supervisor will try to ensure that you get that amount of hours even if its slow by rotating the person if they agree, to a different department .
