      No micromanaging Decent facility Good Computer provided

      Co worker atmosphere is awful Long work weeks/ lots of overtime Chaotic management practices (scrum, jira, etc)

      There no benefits - zero

      Cons

      You are just number on their spreadsheet, until they can fire you and replace you with a cheaper option. The worst management I have ever dealt with ( especially the CEO)
