New CEO and his ex-Sandisk team brought a lot of negative influence to the company: - Hiring favor recruits with certain similar background - Promote positive values but practice the complete opposite - Focus on finding fault with people and promote unhealthy competition - No transparency with for poor performance review - Not open to different views, the team brought in are focused on following orders and copying system they had in the previous company without analysing and understanding the weaknesses - Cutting resources at the bottom, but continuously bring in more and more layers at the top, and filled them up with people from previous company
