Recruitment Process: I've been working as a Business Development Manager for 3 months now and am enjoying my time here at Micromine. HR made the recruitment process very informative and ensured that I have a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities and what is expected to be successful in the position. Team: My colleagues are amazing and truly care about each other. They are always open to helping me and work well together as part of a team. I like how the departments are structured and there is a good sense of direction from the top down. The Chief Revenue Officer does a great job keeping everyone in the loop and making sure everyone is engaged. Company/Product: Micromine is a world leader when it comes to Exploration and Mining software and I really like how the company is so customer-focused. They are making product releases twice a year and strive to provide as much value as possible to our customer base. I strongly believe that we are the best in the world at what we do.

So far things are great. I am happy to be part of a global organization that puts so much effort into keeping its employees and customers happy.
