Short time, definitely a positive experience - Production Assembler/Service Technician Micromanipulator Employee Review

It's a family company, the people are easy to get along with, the work is fun and the management are easy to talk to about anything you may need to bring up to them.

Being a smaller company, if someone calls out when it's busy you've got to work harder to make sure that everything gets done on time, but once you're trained the work is enjoyable enough that it doesn't feel like that much.

They are paying well. You can learn a lot when they have time to train you. The company has a fairly relaxed work environment. They don't micromanage. you are allowed drinks and bathroom breaks. You can listen to music while you work. You get every other Friday off, of course that makes the rest of the days seem very long.

Very poor benefits. Little vacation and sick time. No 401k and extremely high premiums for insurance that is mediocre. It's a paycheck, but little else.
