1. The schedule: 06-06 4/12, 3/12. Compressed work week 2. Promotions/Upward Mobility 3. Continuous push to learn new manufacturing processes 4. Benefits: Bonuses occurred very frequently, almost every other quarter. 5. Opportunities for overtime

1. The age of the equipment: when go down, it stalls production output. 2. Managements push for move goals despite external variables (i.e: equipment failures). 3. Raises; Infrequent, took awhile to adjust to what incoming Production Specialist were making.
