Pros
Fantastic management on many levels. The lower-middle management are personable and make working at the company fun. The upper management have the company on a good, consistent track and are available to anyone in the company. You may find yourself brushing elbows with VPs or having lunch with the CEO depending on which meetings you're in.
Cons
It is not a fast moving company. If you're looking for a high-intensity workplace where you can really show your mettle...not it. While there's been a recent shift towards re-vitalization an new thinking, the company and many current employees have a traditional approach to many things. Not quite outdated, because they are learning new approaches and welcome it. Just not bleeding-edge.
