Times have changed - Anonymous employee Microchip Technology Employee Review

Microchip has changed how they evaluate their employees and with little to no money in the department budgets, you can go years without any kind of salary increase. But you might get a "discretionary bonus" if your lucky. I am individual contributor (not production); My reviews are great year after year, but no promotion even after 8 years in the same department. New people are coming in making what I make, or close to it. Sometimes I wonder if I'm wasting my time with a company that does not value me.
