      Pros

      I have been working with microTECH global since 2014 and I have witnessed and experienced a very supportive and flexible work climate from the management. They care for people and in my case, they acknowledge my abilities and made me the Director of India operations and this is a perfect example of how they recognize talent and guidance in one's career. Excellent place to start and grow your career in the recruitment industry.

      Cons

      I have not noticed anything negative but if at all there is one, it is easy to approach the management and they are open to constructive criticism.

      Pros

      none - seriously nothing You get a half day friday but thats because you start at 08:30 - 5:30 pm (so you're just getting your time back) Staff turn over is something I have never seen, they have fake linkedin profiles to make it look like they have more staff than they actually do!

      Cons

      no working from home options (in this day and age) No real HR No benefits Just like going back into the 90s. Hallways in the buildings would smell like human faeces after half the team would use the toilets it in the mornings.. the whole corridor would smell like faeces!
