Pros
Used to be a good product. Current projected GA is not even close to a finished product. Looks like baselines are being adjusted just to qualify.
Cons
CTO - 0 vision. Not sure how he even got the post. Absolutely no idea about BI and Analytics. Pretty much brown nosed his way to the top and induced a toxic culture of agree or leave. The company has been on a downward spiral ever since he took over. Look at the historical numbers. Recently hired a couple of SVP's to cover his deficiencies. Created silos just to save his position.
