Pros
The leadership at MicroMain is great and it's why i've stayed so long, and why we have folks who have stayed for over 13 years. There is transparent communication, managers who lookout for individual contributors, and people leading with empathy. We're all here to work, but leadership has gone out of their way to make sure everyone feels appreciated and has a voice.
Cons
No cons really. It's a small company which may be a con for some, but it's made me feel more valued than getting lost as a line item at a large company.
