Microdeft has a very supportive and friendly work culture that makes it easy for freshers to feel comfortable and motivated. Open communication with management and a flat organizational structure made it easy to express ideas or concerns. Great work-life balance and a positive office environment.

As an intern, I would have loved a few more structured training sessions, but the hands-on experience made up for it.
