Pros
Great experience and able to get hands on with many different types of platforms. Able to work overtime and actually get paid for it.
Cons
Not a company one can trust. There is a lot of back stabbing and one can not trust what other employees will say. Management will fire you just to save themselves and not defend you one bit when issues arise. They expect you to work at a high level, but also expect you to run a virus scan on systems for customers all day.
