While working in this company, you will come across many different areas where you can explore and figure out what you really want to grow into. You literally have the ability to choose from Technical Support, Networking, Hardware Maintenance, Field Technician, QA, Development, Sales and even Management - all these different areas are made available to you and you are actually encouraged to choose your own expertise and then grown into it. The Management is extremely approachable, and there is literally an open door policy here if you want to talk to the owner or any member of the management team. If you have it within yourself, you will literally be able form a multi-faceted career personality while working in this company. Once you demonstrate these abilities and the fact that you actually want to contribute to the progress of the company, the management then ensures that they do compensate you appropriately.
Cons
The industry is demanding and the company seems to be so much more customer centric, that they often forget to manage the company like the management should. There is a need for HR department in this company - however since the management is so much more approachable, this is not an acute need.
