I can see many fake reviews here from the management or HR. Don't at all believe in them. All utter lies. Anyway, here is my review of microlabs. I sit in one of the offices in Bangalore. 1. No flexible timing. Absolutely no work life balance. 2. Employee engagement is at its worst. There is no or very little benefits. For example, employee insurance is lowest in the industry, i can vouch this from my and my friends' experiences. 2. Six days a week working, In case of strike or election during weekday if the office is closed, you have to come to office and work entire Sunday. 3. They have a 2 hour system. Out of 9 hours daily shift, an employee can take only 2 hours off once in a month. After this '2 hours off' is taken, employee is not allowed to leave office even one minute before or come even one minute late to office. If you leave office even one minute early or reach even one minute late, A HALF DAY LEAVE WILL BE DEDUCTED. 4. Casual leaves-6 Sick Leaves-6 PL-15 (After one year, before one year no PL, subject to your performance and confirmation) 5. Appraisal system is a joke. Pathetic. Appraisal period June to Nov. If you join before Aug-Nov, you will have to wait two years for appraisal realization. 6. There is just too much work pressure. And believe me, there is no motivation from management. 7.
