- Level Line employees are general really good people - Employee Discount and perks are very good - The Management Staff was fun to work with

- The whole "Manager Thank You" Program is literally the dumbest idea in this generation to have - The Corporate Side of the company does not keep their word - Absolutely no growth potential - Hours are ridiculously long for everyone, especially Managers (they promise work/life balance and really offer none) - Zero development - No recognition programs to speak of - No time to complete virtually any goals you may have as a Manager - Corporate Office does not listen to constructive criticism that would actually help the company - Too much jealousy and backstabbing from employees who think they deserve something with little to no experience or Team Development skills
