Family owned, great environment. Very understanding. They truely care about the people they work with. They tend to hire recent grads and this gives you a great place to start off and utilize your freshly earned degree.
Cons
Low pay, not many advancement opps. Because it is a small company you wont be going very far. Someone needs to die or leave to move up. In my case both happened and they just eliminated positions. T
