Great local company is now shutting down due to bad Management - Program Leader Michigan Spring and Stamping Employee Review

Working here is great, the supervisors are easy to work with. Schedules are flexible. The Human Resource generalist is extremely helpful. There is room to move up within the company.

Pay is on the low side.

I feel heard and appreciated. I have been with Michigan Spring for several years and have never felt so appreciated for the work I do. You can tell right away that the company really cares and the employees all care about each other. The benefits are average and pay typical but the work environment is really nice. I really like it hear and would refer my friends and family in a heartbeat. They even include their temporary employees in on everything they do to make them feel part of the group. They move them around if they are hard workers to try to keep them there. That is awesome. Most companies wont do that.

The training program could use some work but it has gotten better since I have been here.
