      Pros

      Wonderful hard-working people in a very well-balanced environment. There are times when you need to work a little late to meet deadlines, but you can usually get your work done in a standard 40 hour week. They encourage you to attend seminars, trainings, and certifications to advance your knowledge, with an annual per diem for this. Benefits are great with unlimited time off.

      Cons

      Occasional late day. Pay is just okay. Limited growth outlook, as far as career opportunities go.
