Pros
the work was steady and there was plenty of overtime available. the work environment was safe and well maintained. the benefit package was fair.
Cons
the climate control was a problem in the summer and it would get to hot. the no fault point system was a problem for me, i was terminated because my house burned down....i was terminated due to absences related to my house burning down. i was terminated over 1/2 a point.
