Departments operate in silos, with little communication or alignment. Pay equity is lacking, with clear disparities across gender and personal connections. Raises are inconsistent, and compensation does not reflect performance or loyalty. Increasingly, the company prioritizes external hires over internal promotions, leaving long-term employees feeling overlooked and unappreciated. Leadership is undervalued, micromanagement is common, and overall morale suffers as a result.
