- Poor training watching video are not interesting to learn -Manager treats you different if you are an admin vs a lawyer or legal support. - Some lawyer would treat you like rubbish because you only an administrator. - Some managers criticize everything, even when they can't be bothered to come to the office more than twice a week. - Low growth in company - Really low pay for all the jobs that have to be done.
