Pros

I've been with MCG for quite some time. This company cares about its employees and has a great culture. The benefits are unparalleled and the CEO is more than a boss; he is a friend. They are very flexible when it comes to balancing work and life. This is an MSP company and the work is challenging. The company provides training and helps you grow. They hold service and client satisfaction to the highest levels. I have worked in other IT companies, and can say none come close to MCG. I wouldn't work anywhere else.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the company.

Pros

Working at Michell Consulting Group has been a very rewarding experience. The company brings together a talented group of professionals who genuinely care about delivering value to clients and supporting one another as a team. One of the things that stands out most is the collaborative culture. Leadership is approachable and encourages open discussion, innovation, and continuous improvement. Team members are trusted with responsibility and given the opportunity to take ownership of projects, which creates a strong sense of accountability and professional growth. The work itself is engaging and varied. Because MCG works closely with clients across different industries, every project brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. This environment allows consultants, developers, and engineers to expand their skill sets while making a real impact on client businesses. Overall, MCG is a great place for professionals who enjoy solving complex problems, working with clients, and being part of a supportive team that is committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

Cons

Like many consulting environments, priorities can shift quickly depending on client needs, so adaptability is important
