- Base pay is poor, not even scraping London Living Wage for lower level positions.
- Commission structure is incredibly out of touch with the rest of the market - you're required to hit a threshold every month to see any commission, and when you do hit the threshold the commission you do see is minimal.
- There are blanket targets across the floor but a clear imbalance of the earning capabilities of the sectors and disciplines you recruit within - it's clear that certain markets see individuals progress a lot quicker and receive more commission because the targets are more in their favour.
- Overall you're required to work hard and push yourself (nothing wrong with this) but if your hard work doesn't pay off you become a problem for the company, and if it does pay off the rewards are minimal.
