Working with Isabella was so amazing. She helped me through the entire process and found me exactly what I was looking for in my next step. I felt that the transparent and black/white answers to promotions, goals, and metrics were clear from the interview process and beyond. I started a few months ago and have nothing but pros to share. The culture and honesty I felt from the interview process carried into the position and company as a full-time employee. Everyone is a true team player and wants the team to succeed. The goals are clear from day one and are tracked consistently with plans to get there. Also some great incentives to win half days, get prizes and dinners, win trips on trolleys/boats, you name it! It is really a great atmosphere.
