Pros

I have no pros to share at this time.

Cons

The President of retail Jaryn Bloom needs to retire - she is condescending, rude and is lacking the skills required to negotiate the corporate world in 2021. The company lacks diversity, if you are not white, size 4 and young - forget it. VP level are the team members who suck up to her, not necessarily those who have the skills to do the job.

Pros

At one point it was the discounts til they changed the policies up during my fifth (and final year at the store). Aside from that, working with my fellow colleagues were the ones responsible for keeping the work environment together and made the experience much more fun and bearable.

Cons

As a part-timer, there's no benefits or any additional incentives. They'll "reduce your hours" if you're not meeting sales "expectations" by zoning you in different parts of the store that doesn't have a lot of foot traffic (i.e. cashier or front of house). Depending on who you work with on the management side of things... this job can make or break you. Last group of managers I had were NOT the most ideal examples when you give them "actionable feedback" and not follow through with their expectations.
