Pros
Prestigious place to work at, with friendly and professional people. The other sales professionals were diligent and worked well together as a team. Management staff really cared about the sales staff and were receptive on things that needed improvement.
Cons
Sales professionals are considered a "career" job, even though there are part-time positions. You are required to know a 12-step process for approaching customers and making a sale, which seems artificial. Training process can be a bit long, but is very easy to get used to.
