Poor leadership that refuses to listen to employees' thoughts and concerns. No transparency and will lie to cover their BS. Newer employees are treated like nothing; everything is done by incompetent people who only get ahead because of seniority, and not skills or education. Newer employees will be working until early morning hours and will not get a chance to change their schedules for 10 months to a year + or until someone dies, retires, or gets fired. harassing business owners and dealing with complaints from a bunch of people who are miserable and hate their lives. I did not see one review, so I thought I would try to help the next person avoid THIS department at ALL costs. Unless you are desperate for money and have no life outside of work.
